Our Story

While working as a human resources generalist in 2002, Valarie Lott reflected on her previous 7 years of staffing experience. She recognized that employers were aggressively beginning to transitioning from hiring permanent resources and gearing toward employing temporary ones.

Valarie also realized that there was a talent shortage. She thought that if she could quickly deliver highly motivated and skilled professionals who are dedicated to making a difference, then she could make a positive impact in the staffing arena.

In 2002, Adino, Inc. was officially founded and incorporated in the state of Illinois. We have since provided temporary and permanent HR staffing for professional and technical engagements as well as administrative or clerical functions.
